The community has a tenant selectin plan including income, 2.5x the monthly rental rate, credit, and background screening 

The timeline for approval will vary pending required documentation for income, credit and background screening

Flexible Lease Terms: 6-12 month lease options 

There is no application fee. The reduced security deposit is due on move-in day, not application day

Applicants are welcome to schedule an appointment to visit the community. Our office is open Monday thru Saturday.

Rent & Fees

The preferred method of payment is online, www.RentPayment.com 

 Rent is due in full  on or before the first of each month. Rent is considered late after the 5th of the month. 

The community has a Housing Stabilization Plan.General rent reminders and notice to quit paperwork are issued to align residents with the lease 
agreement  terms. Communication with the Management office is advise to avoid court action and attorney fees. 

Utitlies included  with the rent include: Heat, Hot Water, Water, Sewer, Trash Removal

One-Bedroom Security Deposit: $ 600.00 // Two-Bedroom Security Deposit: $800.00

There are no additional fees for amenities, parking, pets

Maintenance

The quickest way to submit a maintenance request is through the community app. You can include a photo, comment on, and even view the status of your work orders

The on-call maintenance techician is a phone call away. Call the office directly, 508 339-3357, and listen to the prompts.  Choose option #3 first to page the techician on call and then choose opton #2 to leave a message- Name, building + apartment
number and the nature of your maintenance emergency

The community offers 24/7 emergency maintenance 

It is not necessary for resident's to be home. Our tenured maintenance team will complete the repair in your absence.  

The Management office can be contacted via email, phone or during office hours Monday thru Saturday.

Amenities & Features

The community offiers a fitness center, clubroom, outdoor gas grills and an outdoor pool.

The fitness center is open 24/7. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally.

Complementary, open parking is available to residents and guests.

Laundry Suites are located on the lower level of each of the buildings 

N/A - There are no storage units available at the community.  

Pet Policy

The community is cat and small -caged animal friendly.

Only domesticated, common household pets will be allowed at the community. Livestock; poisonous reptiles or amphibians; snakes; birds of prey; insects;  
and arachnids (including spiders)  are strictly prohibited

There are no pet deposits or monthly fees 

Two pets per apartment home 

Apartments & Appliances

All major kitchen appliances are included  refridgerator, freezer, microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, wall unit air conditioner 

Apartment  homes are not furnished 

N/A The plumbing infrastructure does not support in-unit washers and dryers.

Air conditioning will be the resident's electric utility responsibility.  Heat and Hot Water are included

Move-In/Move-Out

Contact: USPS to change your forwarding address; Mansfield Electric to switch the electric utility.  

Approved applicants can choose an earlier move in date if the maintenance team has completed the apartment turnover 

Contact the Management office with the estimated date all personal items will be removed from the apartment home

The apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to move in date.

Cleaning and damage charges will be assessed once all personal items have been removed from the apartment home. 
Charges will be deducted from the security deposit and checks will be mailed to the forwarding address provided to the office.

Policies & Legal

Subletting is not permitted. Residents are allowed to break their lease with written notice of 60 days and termination fee
